The vision of Cynrede is the preservation of documents, while making those documents actively available to users of the information. We create new solutions for the protection, indexing, and retrieval of documents that must be maintained past the useful life of digitized information. Because of this focus, much of our work is with public agencies, service bureaus, and archivists. Cynrede is an national integrated records management and imaging consultancy. The firm was established in 1998 and today employs contract five senior consultants in non-computer related areas of records and document management technology. Their strengths are in records management and analysis as well as the design of systems that allow documents to be both actively used and permanently preserved. Cynrede also offers complete electronic document management and content management consulting. Part of its area of expertise, Cynrede offers systems design and integration services. Our clients are those who want to create systems to capture, store, and preserve records. These records may be captured from paper, data, or electronic documents. We represent only a few companies that strategically correspond with our primary focus of document preservation. |
