In 2001, the City of San Clemente, CA, retained CYNREDE to perform a needs analysis, create a Request for Proposal (RFP), and oversee the RFP process. Further, CYNREDE has updated the City's Records Retention Schedule. The City continues to retain us as their consultant, advising them on implementation, deployment, and applications for their EDMS system.

The linked information represents some of the work performed for the City by Cynrede. Some of the important aspects of this implementation has included the planned linking of the imaged building permit files to the Geographic Information System (GIS) and the merging of the retention schedule to the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) in order to manage the purging and destruction of documents when they are no longer required to be retained.
