In 2001, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) and the City of Irvine, CA, retained CYNREDE to perform a strategic plan, needs analysis, create a Request for Proposal (RFP), and oversee the RFP process. CYNREDE has continued to work with ACS and the City through the installation and implementation of the EDMS system. Successful bidders were Alpha Corp of Salt Lake City, UT (SIRE) for EDMS and Continental Graphics, Cypress, CA, for backfile conversion services.
