Topics to be discussed will include capturing multi-format information, migrating that information to a permanent images, creating a storage and indexing solution for managing the information, and developing a model of a working hybrid system. |

The paper reviewed the need to create multiple copies of records for storage in safe and secure locations, as well as meeting the public information requirements of a governmental entity. Trusted systems also are necessary for maintaining evidence in business. |
